Weedy rice management in direct-seeded rice system, based on a combination of seedbed techniques, line sowing and mechanical weeding, pre-plant herbicide with flooding prior to sowing, good quality seed, and good agronomic practices to reduce competition from weedy rice leading to yield and income increase of rice farmers
