Citizen science approaches to collect and disseminate field data (e.g. KoboCollect)
Description
Citized science approaches are tools use by the general public and provide the opportunity to collect large datasets in an easy and cost effective way. Basic information on harvest and pest management can be collected by farmers and extension officers through easily designed tools administered by researchers. First promising research results have been aquired and need to be further developed.
